Michelin restaurants on Mallorca
Ten restaurants, eleven stars – and reservations weeks to months in advance.
Almost all Michelin-starred restaurants on Mallorca work with set menus and long lead times.
The short answer
Michelin restaurants on Mallorca
In the 2026 Michelin Guide, ten restaurants on Mallorca hold Michelin stars, eleven stars in total; the only two-star restaurant is Voro in Canyamel. Menus start at around 150 euros per person, and reservations are essential.
The island's fine dining is highly seasonal: several restaurants only open in the summer half of the year, while others close completely for a time. Béns d'Avall in Sóller has been closed since March 2026; a new concept has been announced for 2027.
With Marc Fosh, DINS Santi Taura and Zaranda, Palma offers the most reliable year-round choice.
Some open all year Some seasonal only
Practical tips
- Lunch menus are considerably cheaper than the evening menu – but rarely available.
- Mention intolerances when you book, not once you are at the table.
- Check the seasonal status before setting off: not every restaurant opens every year.
