Practical tip
The path through the rock tunnel is not barrier-free. There is no parasol hire on site; the rock walls only provide shade at certain times of day.
Torrent de Pareis
Behind the beach opens the mouth of the Torrent de Pareis. You can reach that point easily through the pedestrian tunnel from Sa Calobra. Crossing the entire gorge from Escorca, on the other hand, is a demanding route with climbing sections – only for the sure-footed and only when the stream bed is dry; dangerous after rain.
