2. Visiting the website and server log files

When you visit this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server of the hosting provider. This includes in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, the HTTP status code and – if transmitted by the browser – the referrer and the browser/device identifier (user agent).

This processing is technically required to deliver the pages and serves the stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).

3. Hosting

This website is created and hosted with the website platform of Duda(Duda Inc., USA). Duda processes the access data listed in section 2 as part of operating the platform. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Pages, images and files are delivered via Duda's content delivery network and services of Amazon Web Services (including Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3). Processing outside the EU/EEA – in particular in the USA – is therefore possible. Details on storage periods, sub-processors and safeguards for data transfers can be found in the privacy and contract documents of the providers named.

This site does not operate its own database, user accounts or other backend functions; no user accounts are created and no entries are stored.

4. Cookies, local storage and session storage

This website does not set any cookies for analytics, marketing or profiling purposes. No technologies that require consent are loaded when a page is opened. For this reason, we deliberately do not use a consent banner.

The filter and selection functions of the finders run exclusively in your browser and are not stored permanently or transmitted to us.

5. Analytics and marketing tools

To measure reach, we use Umami Cloud (provider: Umami Software, Inc.). Umami works without cookies and without cross-device user profiles. It records the pages visited, the referring page, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and the country or approximate region derived from the IP address. The IP address is only processed briefly and, according to the provider, is not stored in the statistics. We also count clicks on partner links (link target, page and link text) in order to see which content helps visitors plan their trip. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimised reach measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google Analytics, a Meta/Facebook pixel or comparable marketing trackers are not used. 6. Fonts, maps, media

The fonts used are delivered via the hosting provider's content delivery network. There is no connection to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com).

The island map is our own graphic and does not embed any external map service. No external videos or social media plugins are embedded.

7. Partner links and external booking system

The booking and comparison sections of this site are partner links to the external booking system specials.de (a brand of Ypsilon.Net AG). As long as you do not click such a link, no data is transmitted there.

When you click, you leave ReisenMallorca24.de. The link contains a partner ID that allows a referred booking to be attributed to this site. Any further processing – including cookies, searches and booking data – is carried out solely by the operator of the booking system.

8. Contact by email

This website does not have a contact form. If you contact us by email, we process the information you send solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR). The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligations prevent this.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

An informal message to the email address given in section 1 is sufficient to exercise these rights.
