Three sheltered bays lie right next to each other here.

Palmanova lies around 20 kilometres west of Palma on the Bay of Palma. Three stretches of beach, the promenade, hotels and restaurants are close together; water sports and boat trips are the typical programme. Magaluf begins right at the edge of the resort – if you are looking for peace and quiet, choose the eastern stretches of beach.

What makes Palmanova special

Three sandy beaches

Platja de Palmanova, Son Maties and Es Carregador lie next to each other and differ in how quiet they are and in their facilities.

Short distances

The airport, Palma and the neighbouring resorts are quick to reach – which makes the resort attractive for short stays.

Water sports

SUP, banana boats, jet skis and catamaran trips are standard offerings in the bay.

Accommodation

Where to stay in Palmanova?

The resort is dominated by large 4-star beach hotels, family aparthotels and adults-only resorts. Fincas play no role here – the resort is purely urban and tourist-oriented.
