Five hotels are verifiably on the course or connected by shuttle – in Son Vida, Son Antem, Pula and Camp de Mar. Here you can see how close “close” really is and which golf benefits the hotels themselves mention.

The Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel and the Castillo Hotel Son Vida in Palma (free shuttle to four Arabella courses), the Hacienda Son Antem near Llucmajor (0.4 km to two 18-hole courses), the Pula Golf Resort hotel near Son Servera (on the course) and THE CAMP DE MAR Hotel & Resort (100 m to Golf de Andratx according to the hotel). None of the hotels explicitly mentions green fee discounts or guaranteed tee time allocations – ask about golf packages when you book.

Zafiro Palace Andratx
5 stars; according to the hotel it is “junto al Golf de Andratx”, but no distance in metres is given. The hotel mentions individual golf packages without stating terms. Four restaurants close from 1 November to 18 March.

Pula Suites Boutique Resort
Separate 5-star boutique hotel on the Pula estate, not the same as the golf course hotel. The hotel does not state the distance to the tees.

Park Hyatt Mallorca
When it opened in 2016, Hyatt mentioned an adjacent 18-hole course; the only course in Canyamel is Canyamel Golf. We were unable to check the hotel’s current golf offers.

Hotel Golf Santa Ponsa
The small club hotel at the address of Golf Santa Ponsa is currently being renovated, according to the club.
At Alcanada and Capdepera we did not find a hotel right on the course. For courses without their own hotel, stay in the nearest resort: for Alcanada in Alcúdia, for the east coast in Cala Millor or Cala Ratjada, for T Golf Calvià and Bendinat in Palmanova or Santa Ponça.

Which location suits your golf holiday?

Lots of rounds without a car
Son Vida: four courses by shuttle, Palma at the foot of the hill. For a week with several rounds, this is the option with the shortest distances.

Golf and beach
Camp de Mar with a swimming cove on the doorstep, or Pula near Son Servera – around 7 minutes by car to the beaches of Costa de los Pinos and Cala Bona, according to the resort. On the east coast a hire car is worthwhile so you can also play Canyamel, Capdepera and Vall d'Or.

Hacienda Son Antem: East and West within walking distance, around 10 minutes from the airport according to the operator – good for short trips.

Pula’s long-stay offer (21 or 28 nights, unlimited golf) is aimed at people wintering on the island.

Questions about golf hotels in Mallorca
Are there hotels in Mallorca with their own golf course?
Yes. Pula Golf Resort has its hotel on the course, Son Antem has the Hacienda Son Antem 0.4 km away, and in Son Vida two hotels are connected to four Arabella courses by shuttle.
Do hotel guests get cheaper green fees?
None of the hotels we checked says so explicitly. However, there are packages that include green fees, for example at THE CAMP DE MAR for Golf de Andratx or the long-stay offer at Pula. Ask specifically when you book.
Which golf hotel is closest to the airport?
The Hacienda Son Antem: the operator states a drive of around 10 minutes to the airport. The hotels in Son Vida are around 19 km from the airport.
Is there a golf hotel near Alcanada in the north?
We did not find a hotel right on the course. Alcúdia and Port d'Alcúdia make good bases.
