The course
Landscape and character
Pollença is a short, parkland-style 9-hole course among centuries-old olive trees.
The course lies on the Ca'n Porquer estate of around 200 ha on the road to Pollença. You look out over the Serra de Tramuntana and the Bay of Pollença. The fairways are undulating and partly lined with trees and woodland, and the greens are well protected.
For 18 holes you play the nine holes twice. Each hole therefore has two handicap values, one for the first and one for the second round; the Balearic Golf Federation rates the 18-hole round as par 70.
The course opened in 1986 to a design by José Gancedo. Today's layout dates from 2000, when Michael Pinner of the Nicklaus Group redesigned all nine holes. In 2026 the club celebrates 40 years of golf in Pollença.
