Holes 1–9 feature contoured greens, while holes 10–18 are laid out in American style. The natural terrain and topography have been largely preserved. The course lies near the Delta de Sa Torre.
Maioris opened in 2006, by R.S Group according to the club. The course measures 6,347 m from white and 6,026 m from yellow. The clubhouse is a two-storey villa of 2,200 m²; from the upper floor with gym and terrace you look out over the course to the Serra de Tramuntana.
